My name is Serieke. Over a decade ago my life was turned upside down by severe anxiety, panic attacks and depression. These are my personal experiences, and the exercises that helped me along the way. I wish for my story to help increase understanding about anxiety disorder and panic attacks, and to break the taboo around talking about mental health issues.
