Personal Guidance

Through personal guidance sessions I help individuals to practice and implement a set of exercises that alleviate anxiety and panic attacks. Skype sessions are based on the following themes:

  • Getting to know each other / Sharing of our stories
  • The breath as a tool to calm the nervous system
  • Grounding to balance the energy in the body
  • Releasing tension from the body
  • Awareness practice for focus and connection to our body

Prices range from 30-60 euro per Skype session (max. one hour), based on your personal resources.
